MEDICAID REGULATIONS
and AT FAIR HEARING DATABASE
To obtain a copy of the Medicaid Regulations which are contained in the New York State Department of Social Services Regulations download the DSSREGS listed below along with the documentation which is formated in Wordperfect 5.1 for DOS.
These regulations are in a Folio format and require a folio viewer to search and view them. If you are using a DOS based system you must also download the DOSVWER. If you are using Windows you must download the WINDOWS VIEWER.
To obtain a copy of the AT FAIR HEARING DATABASE which is a compellation of New York fair hearing decisions relating to AT download AT FAIR HEARING DATABASE which is also in a Folio format.
The viewer files are self-extracting compressed files. To unzip them double click on the file after it has been downloaded and follow the instructions on your screen to chose a folder (directory) in which to unzip the files.
