PASS Times

PASS Times is a quarterly newsletter published by the Social Security Administration's New York Region PASS Cadres.   The newsletter was initially published in January 2000 to increase awareness of PASS and other SSI/SSDI work incentive issues among Social Security personnel.  The newsletter is now circulated to various advocacy groups and agencies throughout New York State and New Jersey.
