PASS Times is a quarterly newsletter published by the Social Security Administration’s New York Region PASS Cadres.   The newsletter was initially published in January 2000 to increase awareness of PASS and other SSI/SSDI work incentive issues among Social Security personnel.  The newsletter is now circulated to various advocacy groups and agencies throughout New York State and New Jersey. Issues 1/01 to Fall,2003 Work Incentives for Persons with Disabilities Under the Social Security and SSI Programs  This publication was published in the March-April 2002 issue of Clearinghouse Review, a trade journal for Legal Services and Protection and Advocacy programs.  The 2002 version of this article replaces the most recent version produced in December 1999 for the National Assistive Technology (AT) Advocacy Project, a special project of Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc.
