SSI Deeming Program
This is the SSI deeming program used by Social Security to determine what amount of income to use in spouse to spouse and parent to child deeming. It can deem retroactively to 1982 and has the 2002 SSI benefit amount already included. Each year the new SSI benefit amount can be entered into the program to keep it current. The deeming files are self-extracting compressed files. To unzip them double click on the file after it has been downloaded and follow the instructions on your screen to chose a folder (directory) in which to unzip the files. Once unzipped the file <deem.exe> runs the program. Just double click on it to start the program.
